Dateline Gotham City! National Periodical Publications has released a new promotional moving picture film to show off their most recent funny book Batman Black & White #2!Â

That’s one hell of a show for two bits eh folks? Those swell fellows at National Periodical Publications decided to take a few pages from one of the short stories in their newest book by that Batman Dynamo Michael Uslan and that Gallant Dave Bullock and turned it into a short picture film!
NPP was asked if they’d considered turning the short film into a talkie but NPP stated they didn’t feel the format of talkies is going to go anywhere.
