With the build up to Bane being in the front for this mini-series and the upcoming tease that Bane will pair up with Talon, this issue should be a good point to see how that partnership comes to light, and how Gotham City Villains will respond to Forever Evil and the turf wars as most of the heroes are gone or in hiding. The Bane Mutiny for a title is a hint that this is not going to be a peaceful issue.
