Stan Lee recently sat down with Andy Riesmeyer of Dweebcast and was asked a series of questions ranging from his seemingly endless cameos to what he looks for in a good sweater. During the interview Lee was also asked what he thought of Ben Affleck being cast as Batman.
Lee said, “I think he’ll make a wonderful Batman. I think he’s much better than people think he is. He’s intelligent, he’s a good actor. I think he didn’t do quite as well in Daredevil as everyone hoped he would, but I think it was the directing more than anything else.” You can watch the full interview here.
It’s too early to tell if Lee’s endorsement will sway public opinion, but it certainly can’t hurt.
