Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones) has been the center of a rumour that he will be playing the Atlantian King Aquaman in the up and coming Batman V. Superman Dawn of Justice and Justice League movies, but news has come to light that he is confirmed in the role.
News has leaked from Empire magazine that Jason Momoa will be joining the likes of Ben Affleck, Henry Cavil and Gal Gadot in Batman V. Superman Dawn of Justice. With an article description saying that “Jason Momoa will be getting his Speedos on as his Atlantean ass-kicker, Aquaman.”
What more could you want? This is hard proof that Jason Momoa will be playing Aquaman.
Adding to this Momoa was spotted training with who else but wonder woman herself Gal Gadot during the week making it all the more clear that he will be making an appearance in the films. And the fact that the text confirming his role has a big yellow heading that says “Confirmed” this only solidifies the fact and makes it clear that we will be seeing Momoa playing Aquaman in the near future, maybe locking horns with Cavil’s Superman or Affleck’s Batman.
Could it be that Empire may have let slip one of the roles for the film only making the fans get what they asked for, confirmation? All we know is that it looks lie Karl Drogo will be taking to the big screen. Batman V. Superman Dawn of Justice is set for release on May 6, 2016.
