With the news that a Teen Titans TV show is coming down the pipeline produced by TNT but not the CW, but Mark Pedowitz, President of the CW, has added to a rumour that the Flash, Arrow and Titans may cross over.
This rumour could be due to many easter eggs in the CW universe. First not so subtle nod is Red Arrow being part of the Arrow verse and also being part of the Teen Titans as Speedy. The next being the city BlĂĽdhaven being mentioned in parts of the show, BlĂĽdhaven is the city that Nightwing in some issues makes his base of operation. Â Nightwing being the ex-boy wonder Robin also a member of the Teen Titans.
According to Comicbook.com Pedowitz said “What you’ll see embedded in Flash and Arrow is that we’ll have the ability to test characters out. Is there room to grow them into the next show? I cannot tell you yet. There are discussions going on.”
There is no news yet of when Titans will be released but with the fall being jam-packed with shows based on the DC universe fans won’t be stuck for something to watch until it is announced.
