DC YOU Arrives, Ready or Not

Ready or not, DC YOU is here and promises a bold new direction for the DC Universe line of books. DC Entertainment hopes to draw in new readers while keeping longtime fans engaged. This is obviously not an easy task. How will DC make radical changes without alienating current readers? Two ways, according to the DC YOU campaign: By putting the fans first (thus the “you” in DC YOU), and by telling great stories for everyone.

There will be 24 new series joining 25 established series. DC believes more diverse characters and styles of storytelling will appeal to new readers. The iconic, bestselling series will remain, but DC is taking the characters back to the basics. While the numbering continuity will remain intact for established books, the characters may not.
