NYCC 2015: New Vertigo Art Plus News On New Graphic Novels

 

The wonderful Shelly Bond, the executive editor for Vertigo welcomed fans and introduced them to the wonderful artists and writer’s behind the comics that are coming out this fall. And introduced the panel that would be spilling the beans as to what would be hitting the shelves in the up coming months. The panelists were Gilbert Hernandez & Darwyn Cooke (THE TWILIGHT CHILDREN), Holly Black (LUCIFER), David Baillie (RED THORN), Lauren Beukes & Dale Halvorsen (SURVIVORS’ CLUB), Tom King & Mitch Gerads (SHERIFF OF BABYLON) and Shaun Simon (ART OPS).

With the panel set in curious fans were able to hear about the original graphic novel Get Jiro: Blood & Sushi as well as the sequel graphic novel from TV writer and personality Anthony Bourdain, and Sandman: Overture Deluxe Edition. And the finale to the series written by dark fantasy icon and best-selling author Neil Gaiman. Now if you are just curious as to when what comics are going to be released from Vertigo here is a line up of what to expect  out of the next couple months in addition to who has a hand in them.
