English cake artist Rose Macefield has created some seriously sweet masterpieces based on the upcoming super-hero film, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Rose Macefield created near life-size replicas of Batman and Superman, with the suit’s designs based on the Batman v Superman versions of the characters. The cakes were not created just for entertainment purposes but actually to participate on the Cake International exhibition.
“I did consider several movies as a source of inspiration, but the new Batman v Superman movie will be released just a week after the show. I thought it would be perfect timing.” – Rose Macefield to BBC News.
According to the artist, the project took near 200 hours to complete, which is fair, judging by the level of detail the cakes sport.
