Collectors of Hot Toys rejoice as a new figurine is about to grace your polished and pristine collection shelves. Hot Toys recently announced at their Batman 100% Exhibition in Japan that there will be a highly detailed Cesar Romero Joker figurine. the announcement came via Hot Toys’ Facebook page which can be viewed here. The new collectible features Cesar Romero in his classic costume which a variety of props and interchangeable hands and an iconic campy background fit with the traditional onomatopoeias.
