So far the DC Cinematic Universe has brought on a delightful showing for fans. Batman V Superman and Suicide Squad have already graced the masses with extended cuts that silenced all of the naysayers. Coming next year will be the big screen team up that all DC fans have wanted to see since Super Friends aired on Saturday mornings. A new photo was just released that features the Amazon Princess, the Scarlett Speedster and the Dark Knight standing side by side looking as if they are ready to go into battle. Since shooting on the film has wrapped up Zack Snyder has been editing and says, “I’m super happy with the chemistry of my league of justice doers.”

Ezra Miller is excited to be playing the Flash and it is apparent in his interviews. Miller’s Flash is the only part of the team that is genuinely eager to be there. Granted, some of his wit and humor hide a much darker past that has followed Barry around since he was a kid. “Flash is Ringo Starr. He annoys everybody, but doesn’t have any specific beef with anyone,” said Miller of his character. He also had a fun way to describe his Justice League family. “Uncle Fish (Aquaman) is very grumpy, Dad (Batman) gets grumpy too. (He’s has a long life of fighting crime.) Wonder Woman is very considerate, so even though she’s annoyed with the Flash, she’s still very compassionate.” Miller seems as if he is quite similar to the Wally West version of the Flash from the Justice League and Justice League Unlimited cartoons.

Next year, both Wonder Woman and Justice League will be released. The former will boast a strong female leading character that is needed not only in the superhero genre but across all of film. It was great seeing Gal Gadot fight alongside the World’s Finest, but in my opinion, it will be an experience to see her carry her own weight against the Amazons and the world of man. Justice League speaks for itself. An all-star team up that has been a long time coming. With all the new DC projects coming up, TV, film and animation alike, what are your favorites? I would never make you pick just one!
