Gotham: ‘Ghosts’ Official Synopsis Released

~This Article Contains Spoilers From Season 3 of Gotham~

If you caught the mid season finale of season 3 of Gotham this passing fall, it’s probably safe to assume you saw the promo clip that rolled during the episode’s credits that gave viewers a look at what’s to come in the next half of the FOX drama’s third season.

The clip featured fan-favorite Gotham character and possible Joker, Jerome Valeska (Cameron Monaghan), holding a video camera towards himself, wearing a police uniform and laughing in a video that he had previously recorded, following the words “He will return” on screen, confirming the characters return to the show.

Those who watched season 2 will remember that Jerome, much to the surprise of viewers, was stabbed and killed by Theo Galavan in a staged hostage situation to make Galavan seem to be a hero. How Jerome returns is not completely clear, but this official synopsis for the mid season premiere may shed some light on his resurrection.
