Last summer, it was reported that Zack Snyder would no longer be involved in HBO’s upcoming Watchmen series and rumors surfaced that the creator of Lost, Damon Lindelof, would be taking point on the project. Now, it seems that these reports have been officially confirmed.
On Instagram, Lindelof shared a Watchmen related photo with the caption “Day One.” The photo showcases a retirement trophy given to Nite Owl, the WW II-era vigilante who wrote a memoir that appeared in the original issues of the Watchmen series.
