Earlier this past week Aquaman himself Jason Mamoa shared a set photo from the reshoots currently taking place, and this was followed by James Wan announcing the addition of a new character.
Wan announced via his Twitter account that he has added Randall Park as Dr Shin to Aquaman. Shin is known in the comics as a friend to Arthur who early on helps him develop his powers, though eventually turning on and trying to kill him.
“So happy and fortunate to be finally working with this man, Randall Park, on pickups,” Wan said on Twitter.
