DC co-publisher Jim Lee describes the storyline as, “in many ways an examination of who the character is, kind of in the vein of Daredevil: Born Again and Batman: Year One.”

December should be an exciting month for Aquaman fans. The comic’s run is scheduled to begin on December 19 with issue #43, and the character’s feature film will arrive in theaters two days later on December 21.
