The CW has released a new promotional poster for the Elseworlds crossover, and things are definitely looking grim.

There are a few things worth pointing out here such as why is Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) holding that hammer? Why do we see Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) in both his normal costume and the black suit? And who exactly is that robot (maybe Amazo or a weird version of Psycho-Pirate)?
All of our questions will be answered when the Elseworlds crossover begins on The CW on Dec. 9.
