Producers for Batman Vs Superman Dawn of Justice have come out and revealed the origins for Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman. Rumours were flying around the internet that her origin would be that she was Kryptonian, like Clark Kent/Superman, but those rumours were shot down.
According to Badass Digest Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman will be taking the New 52 origin where Wonder Woman is a Demigod and the daughter of Zeus. This is opposed to her original origin where she was said to have been moulded from clay.
With news that Wonder Woman will also be getting her own movie in 2017 alongside the first Justice League movie, the origin may leak over from Dawn of Justice to the stand alone movie showing us her past or maybe even flash backs. Batman V. Superman may include the origin of Wonder Woman , but in a earlier leak of images of Gadot in normal human clothes may mean she has already established a human cover.
Wonder Woman is to be released in 2017 while Batman V. Superman Dawn of Justice is set to release on March 25, 2016.
