Looks the like the portable title Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate will showcase the first meeting of Batman and Catwoman in the Arkham-Verse. A spokesperson for the the game had this to say:
“…no story beats will be repeated from the console version of the game because Blackgate focuses on a brand new chapter in Batman’s career. Throughout the course of the game he will develop his relationship with a young Captain Gordon and have his first meeting with Catwoman in the Arkham Universe.”
As many of you already know the game will feature the same gadgets with the same functions as the console title, as well as similar takedowns and 3D cutscenes, but the game will take place in a 2.5D Metroid-style environment and is exclusive to the 3DS and Vita.
Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate is due to release globally on Oct. 25, 2013.
