I know guys, I know it would have been great to see Khal Drogo holding the Trident and kicking butt in the upcoming Justice League Movie, unfortunately The Game of Thrones star denied the circulating rumors of playing fan favorite New52 hero Aquaman.
In the Bucharest comic-con, Jason Momoa attended and laughed off the rumours when asked about donning the Blond Hair and Green pants.
he states –
“I know, Aquaman!” he said. “I couldn’t even be more random for Aquaman, you know, with the blonde hair… I don’t even know where that comes from – it’s like me being… uh… Robin or something. Who pulls that out? I see that on the internet and I’m like, Aquaman? A guy like… Lobo I could see.“
Momoa has been on everyone’s lips for a role in the WB/DC Cinematic Universe, joining recently announced Ray Fisher to play ‘Cyborg’, Gal Gadot and Jesse Eisenburg. Unfortunately we will have to wait, and fingers crossed we get more news on Momoa appearing in the Universe, not forgetting Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson also tipped for a role.
Man, that would be an Ultimate brawl watching a super-powered Momoa against a super-powered Rock…epic to say the least..
