DC Entertainment Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns hinted in a Reddit AMA on June 24, 2014, that Cyborg might be the next leaguer to get his own series.
Cyborg, originally a Teen Titans character, has been become one of the founding members of the Justice League since the launch of the New 52, replacing Martian Manhunter in this continuity. Despite playing a major role in Flashpoint, which eventually led to the New 52, Cyborg remains the only character without his own ongoing series.
Ray Fisher was recently cast as Victor Stone in Zack Snyder’s Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Although Fisher’s role in the film will not be a major one, it will become a significant one once DC and Warner develop films leading up to the planned Justice League movie.
