Red hair? Don’t care unless you’re highly anticipating Zack Snyder’s upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film, then in which case, you do. Will Carrie Kelley’s Robin be featured in the film?
Back in August, The Hunger Games actress Jena Malone was spotted on the set of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Her sighting on set sparked a furry of rumors that she could have a role in the movie, though it wasn’t clear what role that would be.
Malone hasn’t been spotted on set since, but now that the actress has dyed her hair red, another rumor has started in the form of Malone playing Carrie Kelley, otherwise known by her alter-ego, Robin.
With all rumors like this, fans start to speculate and it doesn’t take long reach across the web. Could it be she was discussing her role during her visit on set? or possibly she was waiting until cast and crew were closer to filming the film before dying her hair Carrie’s classic red? Will we see Malone wielding Carrie’s trusty slingshot?
Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice is said to be heavily influenced by Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns, so there could be some truth to this rumor, but we won’t know until an official casting announcement is made.
