Two of DC’s most iconic heroes are set to get some new threads after the events of Convergence. These new costumes will no doubt cause much debate among fans. Below you can see Superman’s more casual new look on the cover of Action Comics #41 and the Wonder Woman’s on issue #41 of her eponymous book.
Personally, I really like Wonder Woman’s new costume, but must admit I’m lukewarm when it comes to Superman’s. Clark’s new shield looks to draw inspiration from the old Fleischer cartoons and I do have to thank DC for making Superman such an easy character to cosplay as now. Still, I wonder why the change when he just got a new look.

A daring new direction begins with the arrival of a brand-new villain! But while he may be new to us, he’s not new to the world he seeks to tame. And speaking of villains, Donna Troy’s quest to destroy Wonder Woman ratchets up another gear (if that’s even possible!), while the games of the Gods bring dark portents to the ultimate Amazon!
