If you are looking at that name and wondering who this is then let me give you a quick refresher. Joey King played the young Talia al Ghul in The Dark Night Rises or you might know her as Fargo from the movie Independence Day: Resurgence. Joey now gets to return to the DC Universe as Magenta, a meta-human who can control metal. Sorry no known relation to another metal controlling meta-human in the Marvel Universe. Besides we all know DC is better. She will be showing up in the third season of The Flash.
Now if you are still trying to figure out where Joey’s character Francis “Frankie” Kane fits into The Flash television series then let me give you a quick run down. Frankie’s powers began to come to life during her childhood and after a horrible childhood accident that killed her father and brother she found some help from Wally West aka: The Flash and the Teen Titans to which she was able to gain some more control over her abilities. This of course caused Frankie and Wally to become lovers in college. This of course couldn’t last and she left there only to land at S.T.A.R. Labs where she had an accident that split her mind.
So with all of this refresher it makes this whole appearance on The Flash a whole of a heck more intense and the possibilities. The season premier is on October 4th on The CW.
