Wonder Woman has become the biggest blockbuster of the summer!
It came as a no brainer when DC revealed at SDCC that the sequel would be hitting theaters December 13, 2019, but what wasn’t as certain was whether or not Patty Jenkins would be back in the director’s chair. Deadline is saying that she is holding out for a big paycheck. The amount is a mystery, but is reported to be enough to make her the highest paid female director in Hollywood. It is fitting seeing as how Wonder Woman is not only the highest grossing superhero movie of the year, but also the third highest-grossing film in Warner Brothers history after The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.Â
Wonder Woman 2 will hit theaters on December 13, 2019, but before that, you can get more of the Amazonian Princess in this year’s Justice League, coming out on November 17th.
