After finding a new lease on life on Netflix, the producers of the former Fox-owned series Lucifer are making tuning in well worth it. To do so, in keeping with their previous tackling of the Biblical Cain and Abel, they are focusing on the beginning.
The very beginning.
[Spoiler alert ahead for readers]
Actress Inbar Lavi of Bravo’s Imposters fame has been cast in the role of Eve. Yes, as in Adam and Eve. Their take on the character is described as “the original sinner [who has] grown restless [in her marriage to Adam] and longs for a less predictable time when things were exciting. Naughty. Dangerous.”
Further, as to her connection to the main character, played by Tom Ellis, Eve longs for “her hot and heavy first love [who] tempted her so many years ago.”
Lavi’s other previous credits include Gang Related, Prison Break, and The Last Ship.
No word as of yet when in the new year the fourth season of Lucifer will debut on Netflix, but we’ll let you know as soon as we do.
