Very little is still known about the Green Lantern Corps film, since it’s still being written by Geoff Johns, but we might have some new knowledge surrounding its production. Â Mad Ghost Productions just updated their page with several projects including the Green Lantern Corps. Â While the image isn’t an official poster, it does show Hal Jordan, John Stewart, and Guy Gardner.
While we already knew the film would revolve around Jordan and Stewart, but the fact that Gardner is in the image on the Mad Ghost Productions page could be a hint that the fan-favorite Lantern could be a supporting character in the upcoming film.
Geoff Johns hasn’t been shy that he wants to get the script perfect for the Green Lantern Corps film, saying:
“I want to make sure I write the best script I can possibly write, so I need to go away in a cave and write the script and finish it and the come out and go ‘okay’ and work with the guys and really amen sure we’ve got the best story to tell and the best way into this character. Â I think we have a lot of things in it that…people know my run from Green Lantern and so they shouldn’t be too surprised by seeing what we bring into it”

And since Geoff Johns is the man who made the Green Lantern mythos more than just Jordan and Stewart, including the introduction of the emotional spectrum, there is little doubt that big details will be introduced into the movie.
Green Lantern Corps is scheduled for a 2020 release.
