The fan favorite animated series is available on the DC Universe app but both remain unavailable outside of the US. However, there are plans to expand into Canada with a network setting up to show the new episodes on television.
Young Justice: Outsiders is currently airing episodes from Season 3 on the DC Universe app after being cancelled after the conclusion of the second season on Cartoon Network. Thankfully, and after much clamor from fans, DC decided to bring the show back and from all accounts, it is doing really well on the app.
As for distribution, Young Justice is currently airing on the Teletoon channel in Canada (very similar to Cartoon Network here in the US). If you recall, Netflix had the rights to air the first two seasons for a while and will soon be hosting Titans on its service very soon.
As to whether or not a similar deal will in play for Young Justice remains to be seen. If Netflix does pick up the rights, then fans from around the world could expect to be able to see this great animated series soon.
