Way back in 2014, Icon Heroes announced a licensing deal to produce DC merchandise. Since then, we’ve seen a variety of pieces, from comic book Deathstroke to TV Flash and Arrow.
Icon’s latest statue announcement is Superman Unchained. Here’s the company’s description:
Icon Heroes presents the Superman Unchained Statue! No chain is strong enough to contain the last son of Krypton! The Man of Steel stands nearly 9 inches tall, is hand painted, individually numbered, and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

The words “Superman Unchained” may be familiar to DC readers, going back to the Scott Snyder-Jim Lee series from a few years ago.
Icon will be releasing their Superman in the first quarter of 2020, and retail for $79.99.
