DC will be releasing the 25 cent one-shot comic Year of the Villain on May 1, just ahead of Free Comic Book Day. The lineup of creators includes Scott Snyder, Brian Michael Bendis, James Tynion IV, Jim Cheung, Alex Maleev, and Francis Manapul on stories that will lead into Justice League, Superman, and The Batman Who Laughs.
In addition, the issue will preview an upcoming Batman storyline titled “City of Bane.” We don’t know much at this point, but it likely ties back to this scene from issue #50:
