FOX has released a second video promoting Season Two of Gotham (Source: YouTube). The theme for Season Two is “Villains Rising.” In the 40 second clip, it looks like Cameron Monaghan as Jerome Valeska (and rumored future Joker) will get more screen time this coming season. Also featured are actors Ben McKenzie as James Gordon, Zabryna Guevara as Sarah Essen, Robin Lord Taylor as Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin, Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle, and Cory Michael Smith as Edward Nygma to name a few.

And more Gotham news, we get are first look at Michael Chiklis as Captain Captain Nathaniel Barnes, a “law and order zealot who lands on the GCPD like a tornado, ripping out the dead wood of Gotham’s police force.”
Chiklis will be introduced during the fourth episode of Season Two called “Strike Force” (a nod to Chiklis’s Detective Vic Mackey and his lawless cop team on The Shield).
