The JUSTICE LEAGUE is starting to take shape, and already Ezra Miller assuming the mask of the Scarlet Speedster, The Flash is emerging as the blockbuster’s best team player! The actor admits the cast is in a league all of its own!

It looks like diehard fans can’t get enough of the Justice League. The upcoming much anticipated next installment in the DC Comics Extended Cinematic Universe will bring together, for the first time on the big screen, some of its biggest headliners including Batman and Wonder Woman. Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot will both be back to reprise their roles after first being introduced in 2016’s blockbuster Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

When the Bat met the Flash! Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) enlists Barry Allen/The Flash (Ezra Miller) for his team when an otherworldly threat makes landfall on Earth!

That film, directed by Zack Snyder served as an extension of his Superman reboot Man of Steel which inserted Henry Cavill as his generation’s most iconic superhero, Superman. And although he seemed to have met his fate at the hands of the merciless monster Doomsday, Cavill will also be united under the titular banner of Justice League. Another ultra-popular hero lining up to fill out the ranks is the Scarlet Speedster, The Flash.

CSI investigator Barry Allen, will be realized for feature film by Ezra Miller. Already well establishing himself within the genre with a magnificently complex character in Warner Bros. other franchise hit from the World of Harry Potter Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Miller made a surprising and all-too-brief but crucial appearance in BvS. His Flash appeared to Affleck’s Bruce Wayne after Batman has a feverish dream imagining the end of the world!

Miller and his cast are making the rounds to promote JL and as the crew hit San Diego Comic-Con this year to present the latest trailer for the film, he can hardly contain his enthusiasm at finally bringing the team together. The actor has expressed about his character, “ Barry’s in total awe of them. He knows this is the big leagues.” No doubt the actor is excited to find himself surrounded by such heavy hitters, and especially in one of the most coveted roles in the pantheon.

Audiences are also intrigued by the actor’s comments, and especially optimistic. Given the dark and moody nature of director Zack Snyder’s two (or three if you’re counting Watchmen) DC Comics outings, many were taken aback by the tone and grim tidings of those adaptations. Patty Jenkins recent blockbuster Wonder Woman the solo film featuring Gadot, appealed to a broader audience with its hopeful narrative and colorful palette.

Given Barry Allen’s penchant for looking on the brighter side of things, Miller is tapping into the heroes spontaneously good nature and heroics. With Wonder Woman’s warrior will and Batman’s consuming cynicism, The Flash will certainly provide that much required humor and lightness, and that will be a very nice change of pace from Snyder’s “muted and dull” color palettes — not to mention very slick special effects!

Already news is emerging from SDCC that the official title for the big screen blockbuster film starring Miller as Central City’s Fastest Man Alive will be entitled The Flash: FlashPoint suggesting that the film will be adapting the best-selling storyline ripped right from comics and written by Geoff Johns. What that might mean for the cinematic universe continuity is still anyone’s guess, especially given the repercussions that were felt throughout the DC Comics Universe.

Justice League will be hitting theaters in the fall on November 17 and will be released by Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment.
