With Batman ’66 hitting digital shelves this summer, it was inevitable for the nostalgia to also be molded into the finest plastic. Mattel has answered that call with their upcoming line of toys inspired by the Adam West era Batman series. They look great, capturing the camp and the less-than-physical that was highlighted by the iconic costuming of the series. These figures are bound to be sought after by any bat-fan. The first wave will be Batman, The Riddler and the Penguin with characters like Robin, Catwoman, The Joker, Swim Trunks Batman and the Batmobile coming later in the run.
