Coming in spring 2014, DC Comics is releasing a new Batman series called ‘Batman Eternal’ timed to the milestone celebration of 75 years of Batman. The artists and writers slated to work on the title include Scott Snyder, Jason Fabok, James Tynion IV, John Layman, Ray Fawkes, and Tim Seeley. In addition, in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Bat, Snyder promises: “we’re gonna give you the biggest, craziest and most fun stuff we’ve done on the book and in the world of Gotham.” In fact, Scott Snyder will also be contributing to the MASSIVE Detective Comics #27 coming in Jan. 8th.  This issue will feature an all-star lineup of writers like Paul Dini, Brad Meltzer, Gregg Hurwitz and Peter Tomasi. As well as artists like Neal Adams, Dustin Nguyen, Francesco Francavilla, Jim Lee, Greg Capullo, Chris Burnham, Kelley Jones, Patrick Gleason and Mike Allred doing the interior and cover art in the issue. What’s more you ask well, Frank Miller writer of the hit ‘Batman Year One’ and writer/artist of  ‘The Dark Knight Returns’ series will also contribute to the monumental Detective Comics #27 in a two-page spread.
