For the first time on live-action television, Arrow is teaming up with Arsenal. That’s right folks, eager for a team-up? Arrow‘s universe is set to deliver not one but two of the most anticipated team ups on television and media in general.
While Flash and Arrow have been confirmed to work together in coming episodes of The Flash, Warner Bros. and the CW have confirmed that Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) are set to appear as Arrow and Arsenal respectively on the Season 3 premiere of Arrow, titled ”The Calm”. This will mark the first time the duo is portrayed together on live television.
Colton sported an improvised superhero outfit in the Season 2 finale. As the image above shows, the suit he is set to wear has been upgraded.

Colton Haynes has done a great job as Roy Harper on Arrow, dealing with the character’s different layers of personality, from street boy to hero apprentice, from an uncontrollable superhuman to Arrow’s sidekick, the episode may be titled ”The Calm”, truth is there is nothing calm about Arrow and less about the explosive season premiere they are cooking.
Arrow will return this October 8th to The CW, airing a 8 p.m. (7 p.m CST).
