All of Atlantis knows of Aquaman’s long-standing feud with his half brother Orm. Time and time again, DC Comics fans have seen the king of the seven seas come up against Orm for the throne of the underwater kingdom, and time and time again, Aquaman has proven himself to be the rightful heir, defeating his villainous brother.
The sequel to Justice League: War will be based on the Throne of Atlantis story arc written by DC’s Chief Creative Officer, Geoff Johns.
“As Orm and Black Manta make their move against the surface world after the battle with Apokolips forces in Justice League War had deadly consequences for Atlantis, the queen of the lost underwater civilization searches for her other son, Orm’s half brother Arthur. Living on the surface world with powers he doesn’t understand, Arthur Curry steps into his destiny as Aquaman, teaming with the Justice League to save and unite all people of the world.”
