Constantine, developed by Daniel Cerone and David S. Goyer from the Vertigo hit long running cult series ‘Hellblazer’, is struggling to find a stable set audience. NBC has confirmed that production after the ordered 13 episodes will stop.

Though there is some speculation that a second season is possible, it all depends on further performances, last Friday’s episode saw a positive boost with a 38-percent increase over the previous week.

The real tragedy is how much of a great show the series is and though it hasn’t pulled similar ratings in the likes of ‘Gotham’ or ‘The Flash’, it is still very much a fun show that dives into an interesting corner of the DC Universe. If you are not watching, it is definitely worth a shot to check out. For fans of the show, there is a #SaveConstantine on twitter, please tweet, retweet and share on the web.

“Constantine” remains in its designated time slot and should end sometime in February. The next episode, “Rage of Caliban,” will air on Friday at 10 p.m. on NBC. For UK viewers, it airs same time on Amazon Prime Instant video in Full 1080p.

Please share comment and #SaveConstantine.
