WB Games — Montreal, the game studio behind Batman: Arkham Origins (2013), is planning and hiring for a “new IP project for next generation game platforms.” The studio’s most recent work was on a free MMORPG for Mac and IOS, LEGO Legends of Chima Online.
The job listings for the project on the studios website say that the game is an open world action game, and will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Also, the game is more than likely to be developed using Unreal Engine 4, since “familiarity with UE3 engine” is listed under the position of Technical Director.
WB Games — Montreal’s new project is very exciting after seeing what they did with the Dark Knight in 2013’s Arkham Origins, and it will be interesting to see what the company does next.
