Zack Snyder has done several interviews recently for his upcoming film, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but nothing like his appearance on the “Opie with Jim Norton” radio show.

Snyder was on the program to promote the Doritos “Crash the Super Bowl” contest, but only a few minutes into the conversation the show’s host,  Gregg “Opie” Hughes, hung up on him.  The reason?  Opie apparently became frustrated that there was a 3-second delay, something most professionals would be able to handle.  It’s hard to notice anyways as he hardly let Snyder get a word in.

Several minutes later, Snyder called back in to complete the interview, as he was unaware that his previous call was intentionally disconnected.  This time Snyder was given plenty of time to chat, however, Opie decided it would be funnier to play clips from Japanese porn throughout most of it.

In Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice opens March 25, 2016.
