There is a comic that you can get a hold of that shows the beginning of Bruce’s hatred for Superman that ties into the Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice movie. Doritos and Warner Brothers have teamed up to make this exclusive comic available entitled Upstairs/Downstairs. With writer Christos Gage with pencil work by Joe Bennett and ink work by Sean Parsons, capped off with well done coloring by Hi-Fi.
The comic picks up at the unveiling of the statue of Superman, after he has defeated General Zod in downtown Metropolis. As Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth watch from the Batcave in Gotham as the event is televised it begins to really show all of Metropolis’s anxiously awaiting the boy in blue to show up. However back in Gotham, Alfred begins asking Bruce about his thoughts on Superman and Bruce very bluntly answers him with a jab at Superman calling him unprofessional and that he is glad that no one in Gotham has done anything to acknowledge Batman’s work to keep it safe as it could put people’s lives in danger.
If you are interested in reading the whole comic you can get the digital download from the bags of Doritos Family Fun Mix multi-packs found at Walmart today. Here are a couple of pages for you all to enjoy!
