Scribe behind Titans Hunt inks deal with DC
Comic book writer Dan Abnett, whose latest work includes Aquaman and Titans, has signed to produce content only for DC Entertainment. These will include DC and Vertigo imprints.
Picking up from Titans Hunt, Abnett will continue his run with Nightwing and company in Titans: Rebirth #1 and Titans #1. In addition to Aquaman: Rebirth #1 and Aquaman #1.
DC Entertainment Co-Publisher Jim Lee seems pleased with the company’s new acquisition. “Dan Abnett is the perfect fit for Aquaman and Titans,” says Lee. “He skillfully balances great dialogue and high-octane action, making for great reads every time.
Abnett will bow with Aquaman: Rebirth #1 (on sale June 8) and Aquaman #1 (on sale June 22) coming from the events of the DC Universe: Rebirth #1 special, written by Geoff Johns.
