Arrow: ‘Who Are You?’ Promo Released

The CW has released a promo for the midseason premiere of Arrow. In the promo, Diggle decides that his debt to society has finally been paid in full and decides that he will no longer stay behind bars, even if the prison staff disagrees. Meanwhile, Oliver and Felicity begin to uncover the mystery behind Laurel’s return from death.
