The casting/character rumors continue to spread as the debut dates for our favorite shows get closer and closer. The latest involves the return of Ragman on Arrow. A fan recently asked showrunner Marc Guggenheim via Twitter if Joe Dinicol would be back in season 6 as Ragman. He said this in response

With Deathstroke set to return (and possibly getting an arc of his own) and John Barrowman has said he has an invitation to return as Malcolm Merlyn, it looks like Arrow will have an exciting season when it debuts Oct. 12, 2017.
