Ezra Miller’s solo The Flash movie will start filming early next year, on February 5, according to DiscussingFilm. Miller is part of the old-guard of Warner Bros. and DC’s movie universe. He was cast by Zack Snyder and made cameos in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad. It wasn’t until last year when he got a bigger role in Justice League, where Miller’s comedic take on the scarlet speedster won over many. His scene-stealing role came at the perfect time as the studio made his solo movie a big priority for them.
Game Night directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein will direct the movie based on a script from Joby Harold (King Arthur: Legend of the Sword). Miller is set to take on the leading role for the solo adventure, which will no longer be a Flashpoint adaptation. Story and character details will hopefully begin to surface soon, as we are just a handful of months away from the start of filming.
