Not much is known about the narrative yet, but now we know the Joker is going to be involved and the story will center around Harley trying to earn her spot in the coveted Legion of Doom.

While the full cast list has been released, only a few have been confirmed: Diedrich Bader as Batman, Lake Bell as Dr. Pamela Isley aka Poison Ivy, Rahul Kohli as Dr. Johnathan Crane aka Scarecrow, and Kaley Cuoco as the titular role. Roles for Giancarlo Esposito, J.B. Smoove, Natalie Morales, and Christopher Meloni among others have yet to be announced. It appears though according to Bader’s comments, Tudyk’s role may have just been revealed.

During a guest appearance on Discussing Films The Mutual Interview, Bader let it slip that Tudyk is playing the Clown Prince of Crime. While talking about his upcoming project, the actor said: “Alan Tudyk… is Joker and is hilarious. I just did a session with him a while ago and he was very funny as Joker.”

Tudyk’s long acting resume has fans excited for the Star Wars actor to portray the Clown Prince.

Harley Quinn will debut on the DC streaming service.
