Mad Men‘s James Wolk has been cast in a “major recurring role” on HBO’s Watchmen, according to Deadline. Wolk will reportedly play an as-yet-unnamed junior senator from Oklahoma.
Wolk joins a stacked cast which includes Regina King, Jeremy Irons, Don Johnson, Tim Blake Nelson, Louis Gossett Jr., and Yahya-Abdul Mateen II.
In addition to his work on Mad Men, Wolk currently stars in the CBS All Access series Tell Me A Story.
Watchmen is slated to debut in 2019 on HBO.
