Mean Girls alum Jonathan Bennett is joining the cast of CW’s Supergirl, the actor announced via Instagram.
TV Line then followed with information about Bennett’s role. The character, Quentin, is a “wide-eyed government attaché who is grateful when Supergirl saves his life. However, when he shows his true colors by attending an anti-alien rally, Supergirl aims to prove to Quentin that not all aliens are bad.” This appears to be a new character not taken from DC Comics lore.
Bennett will debut in episode 14 this season, titled “Stand and Deliver.” Supergirl returns to the CW on January 20.
