Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League revealed a brand new teaser trailer during DC Fandome. The game is the latest from Rocksteady games and is set for release in 2022.

We’re Going To Need A Bigger Gun

Rocksteady Games, the UK based studio based in London, showed off the latest trailer for their next DC game. The trailer featured of course Harley Quinn, as well as other notable Task Force X members. Take a look:

Notably, the game begins with Brainiac’s space ship embedded into the Metropolis skyline as the ground below falls into chaos. As of now, it appears that the core team of the game will be Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark. There was no announcement with regards to other playable characters.

We then see the Squad jumping into action as they take on an army of alien minions in a way only Task Force X can. All that action eventually leads up to a confrontation with what appears to be a mind-controlled(?) Superman who decimates a human.

Steady Production

According to Sefton Hill, the director of Suicide Squad: KTJL, fans have a lot to look forward to in this game. The most notable aspect of the game is that it will feature four player co-op. Now before we go any further, Hill did say you can play the game single player as well. So that should calm down a few of the more passionate fans out there.

The game is consider to be a continuation set in the Arkham universe and an opportunity to deep dive into the extended DC roster. Hill stated that when they were in preliminary talks for their next game, they were allowed to look at the entire DC universe for ideas.

Hill stated that Suicide Squad realm really spoke to the game creators for its potential for action and variety. The opportunity to play as all these characters rather than one was too good to pass up.

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is expected in 2022
