On April 17th, 2021, L.A. Comic Con launched their first ever live + digital hybrid event called Micro Con. Presented by Sideshow, this experience gave fans a chance to enjoy all their favorite elements of an IRL (in real life) convention from the comfort of their own homes!

The limited-time live event was jam-packed with panels and programming, digital meet and greets with celebs and pop culture creators, and multiple Sideshow booth tours featuring brand new reveals and exciting upcoming products Sideshow and their partners.

During this Saturday’s event, the Sideshow team was joined virtually by special guest, the acclaimed actor and super collector, Titus Welliver, who experienced the booth and all of the latest reveals from Hot Toys, Sideshow, PCS, and more right alongside the audience at home.

Sideshow presented new reveals and convention debuts of a whole multiverse of DC characters- from fan-favorite films, video games and comic books.

From their Video Game Masterpiece line, Hot Toys unveiled the never-before-seen Nightwing Sixth Scale Figure, joining Bat-family members like Batgirl, Batman Beyond, and more. Fans got their very first look at Nightwing’s tactical black and blue costume, upgraded to fit the aesthetic of the hit Batman: Arkham game series- particularly from Batman: Arkham Knight. This DC hero will be a must-have for every DC Comics collector.

Sideshow also showcased their Superman: The Movie Premium Format™ Figure, which captures the likeness and heroic presence of Christopher Reeve as Superman, and their comic-book inspired Power Girl Premium Format™ Figure, featuring the Kryptonian cousin of Clark Kent.
