Robert Pattinson has tested positive for COVID-19. Word hit earlier this week that production would have to halt on The Batman after a “crew member tested positive for COVID-19. Well, it turns out that that crew member was none other than Batman himself, Robert Pattinson. Average quarantine time for COVID is around two weeks, so it looks like it will be at least that long until production can start again, but it does look like work will continue in some capacity for effects shots.

The trailer for The Batman was unveiled during the Fandome event. Fans seemed to have loved the trailer judging by how many times it has been viewed and shared. I think we can all agree that we hope the film can still make it’s set release date of October 1, 2021. All of us at DCcomicsnews wish Robert Pattinson a quick recovery.
