Forever Evil Aftermath: Batman vs Bane #1
Batman Eternal #1-4
The Flash Annual #3
Justice League United #0
Secret Origins #1
JLA #14 is not JLC #14
Nightwing #30 is solicited along side Forever Evil-related things.
Batman and Wonder Woman #30
Batwoman Annual #1
Batgirl Annual #2
Green Lantern: New Guardians Annual #2
Sinestro #1
Teen Titans Annual #3
The folks at 4chan are also stating that there will be new creative teams for the following titles:
-Superman
-Suicide Squad
-Flash
-Birds of Prey
-Nightwing
-Red Hood and the Outlaws

As well as the cancellation of the following monthly titles:
