Earlier this week it was revealed that Batman’s archenemy, The Joker, would make an appearance, in some form, in FOX’s upcoming series, Gotham.
Well, hold onto your hats, because another villain has been confirmed, and with this one we get more info. Â Edward Nigma, a.k.a. The Riddler, has been announced as a series regular, and will be played by Cory Michael Smith.
With Smith becoming a series regular, I think it’s safe to bet that The Riddler will be playing a significant part in the events of Gotham.  He joins a great list of villains already set to show up in the series, including Selina Kyle (Catwoman), Oswald Cobblepot (The Penguin), Pamela Isley (Poison Ivy), and the aforementioned Joker.
Gotham is set to premiere this fall on Mondays at 8:00pm on FOX.
